Boa-S Machine Description
The dowel construction process is proven to produce more boxes per hour per employee than any other process. The case clamp is an integral part of this process. The Pillar Machine BOA-S is designed to meet medium to large production needs while maintaining the flexibility for a large variety of sizes. Ultimately the case clamps speeds up production, eliminates the need to post laminate finished ends and ensures all your boxes are clamped square.
Standard Operation
While parts are setting up in the clamp, additional hardware, drawer slides and doors can be installed. The interwoven pressure beam design is faster than pod style clamping systems. Constant and even force is applied through both beams evenly to force the box into a square location while the glue on the dowels is cured.

The Boa-S performs the following operations:
1. Clamps cases and boxes using servo-assisted manual handling.
2. Parts are clamped horzontally and vertically.
3. Manually adjust clamping pressure and clamping duration.

For added safety, the option of a rear cage enclosure can be added to your Boa-S machine.
Pillar Boa-S Automatic Oiler
This option adds a compressed air automatic oiler to the frequently used bearings on the machine. The oiler uses oiled compressed air to deliver lubrication to the linear bearings. Because of the nature of this option, the bearings operate under positive pressure making them less susceptible to dust contamination.
