By routinely maintaining your machine you can minimize repair costs and keep your production running smoothly. At Pillar Machine we provide real factory support on each machine sold. Our experienced technicians provide excellent service after delivery by phone and email assistance for questions. Pillar Standard Warranty Statement
Pillar Machine. Warrants to the original purchaser of the Pillar Machine Machinery that this product will be free from defects in material
or workmanship, when purchased, and under proper, normal use, for one (1) year from the original date of delivery. Original
purchaser understands that the machine warranty is only applicable to machines that are or were paid in full within 60 days of the
original delivery date.
All Pillar Machine Warrantees are purchased and fulfilled by Pillar Service. If any outside technicities are hired by the customer to
support Warranty issues without the written permission of Pillar Service, all rights to the warranty of the machine will cancel. Pillar
Service does not reimburse the customer for the cost of parts of labor when supporting warranty issues.
Pillar Service will replace or, at its option, repair the defective part(s). Normally, Pillar Service will supply a replacement part for the
customer to replace. Once the replacement has been performed, the replaced part must be returned to Pillar Service. In the case
where repair is required, Pillar Service requires that the defective part, or assembly, be returned to the Pillar Service factory or other
Pillar designated facility. Pillar Service will be responsible solely for the cost of repairs, including parts and labor, which are made at
an authorized Pillar Service facility or by an authorized Pillar Service employee or designated representative. All other costs for replacement
or repair, including, but not limited to, packaging and shipping both to and from Pillar Service, shall be paid by the owner.
You will be invoice by Pillar Service and charged for the warrantee part to ensure the return of replacement and repair parts Once
Pillar Service receives the warrantee part you will be credited for that part on your invoice. All Pillar Machine machines MUST BE
MAINTAINED WITH EXACT MAINTENANCE SPECIFICATIONS AS STATED IN THIS MANUAL INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO GREASING
ACCORDING TO SCHEDULE PROVIDED. PILLAR MACHINE APPROVED GREASE CAN BE PURCHASED FROM PILLAR SERVICE. MOST MACHINES
NEED 3-5 TUBES A YEAR TO PROPERLY MEET THIS SCHEDULE and to keep the machine under its warrantee.
This warranty excludes any damage from abuse including, without limitation, incorrect voltages, power surges, fires, improper or
insufficient ventilation, 11acts of God”, or other situations out of the control of Pillar Machine, and Pillar Service. Additional exclusions
include failure to operate in accordance with instructions provided in the Owner’s Manuals for the Pillar Machine machines, including
specific safety and operational warnings contained therein, cosmetic damage sustained during shipping, in use, and/or damage
caused by unauthorized modifications, alterations, or unauthorized repair of the equipment or any assembly. All warranties to original
purchasers are non-transferable. The registered owner must initiate warranty claims within the warranty period.
THE ABOVE AND FOREGOING IS THE ONLY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED; INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED
TO ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE THAT ARE MADE BY PILLAR MACHINE
ON ITS MACHINES. ANY WARRANTIES IMPLIED BY LAW ARE HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED.
No oral or written information or advice given by Pillar Machine, its dealers, its distributors, agents, officers, or employees shall create
a warranty or in any way increase the scope of this warranty. Neither Pillar Machine nor anyone else who has been involved in
the creation, production, or delivery of the Pillar Machine machines shall be liable FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING but not limited
to, expressed or implied, any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of
business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, adverse health impacts, including bodily injury, fire, and the like,
arising out of the use or inability to use these products.
Pillar Machine provides no warranties whatsoever on any software used in connection with Pillar Machine.
This Warranty Agreement is deemed executed and delivered in the State of Utah and all questions arising out of or under this agreement
shall be governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
