CXT – Rail and Tenon Machine

The CXT machine series is designed to produce four tenons with each cycle. Two parts are machined at once with production rates in excess of twenty five parts per minute. Round tenons, square tenons, and clipped tenons may all be done on this machine. CNC controls are used so all set ups are fast and repeatable. The machine is designed to produce one-at-a-time or batches; either option used it is the fastest round end tenon creating machine available.
