  • The FNX is a manually operated floor notching machine. The machine's width will be manually adjusted and locked into place by placing an unnotched part into the machine and manually moving both notching heads in until they cannot move any closer together due to the width of the unnotched part. This will allow you to notch both corners at one time on up to 2.5" thick parts.

  • The BOA-S is a servo-assisted manually operated Case Clamp designed to clamp cabinet boxes, drawer boxes and case goods that have been doweled together. The dowel construction process is proven to produce more boxes per hour per employee than any other process. The case clamp is an integral part of this process. The Pillar Machine BOA-S is designed to meet medium to large production needs while maintaining the flexibility for a large variety of sizes. While parts are setting up in the clamp, additional hardware, drawer slides and doors can be installed. The interwoven pressure beam design is faster than pod style clamping systems. Constant and even force is applied through both beams evenly to force the box into a square location while the glue on the dowels is cured. Ultimately the case clamps speeds up production, eliminates the need to post laminate finished ends and ensures all your boxes are clamped square. Stock machines ship within 2 weeks

  • The 2S is a multi-axis, mulit-function CNC horizonal machine. It is designed to size edge glued panels safely and accurately. This raised panel door machine can also be Pillar-Linked to any order entry program and scan bar codes to virtually eliminate the need for the operator to do anything other than load the part to be cut. One of the greatest features of the 2S is the safety factor. The potential risk of getting any fingers in the way of the saw blade is nearly non-existent. The design of the machine itself along with the process of how an operator uses the machine keeps hands clear of the moving blade during proper use. This raised panel door machine has touch screen controls to enter the panel dimension and control the CNC fence positioning. Once a panel size is entered it takes about 30 seconds to size the panel to the correct dimension.  All scrap is removed automatically allowing the operator to concentrate on producing product. Stock machines ship within 2 weeks
