It’s been a year since we acquired Larick Machinery, and it’s incredible to see how far we’ve come. In 2022, we made a strategic decision to expand our product offerings by bringing Larick Machinery, a well-respected manufacturer of profile shaping and sanding equipment based in Colorado, into our fold.

In 2022, we had a vision to broaden our machinery offerings by incorporating the expertise and innovation of Larick Machinery into our organization. Larick Machinery, under the leadership of founder Larry Schwarz, had established a reputation for crafting high-quality profile shaping and sanding machines.

The 390 Automatic Shaper and the 410 Shaper/Sander were just a couple of examples of their exceptional products. With the acquisition, we aimed to provide our customers with access to these remarkable machines in-house, carrying forward Larry Schwarz’s legacy.

Two new custom features for the Larick 390:

• HSK spindle
  The HSK Spindle offers efficient tool change capabilities, allowing operators to quickly switch profiles using a push-button control. This can enhance productivity by minimizing downtime during tool changes.
• Hopper feeder
  The hopper feeder option streamlines the shaping process by enabling operators to stack door stile and rail material in the hopper. The parts are then fed into the shaper spindle individually, facilitating a swift and efficient shaping of the inside profile.
